Thank you for choosing our products and services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are provided by the PXL APPS company, located at 20 place de la Liberté 59100 Roubaix, FRANCE.

These Terms of Use define your rights and obligations under the law.

The use of our Services signifies your acceptance of these Terms of Use. You must therefore read these Terms of Use and any updated Terms before you start using our Services.

Unless otherwise stated, when we mention "PXL APPS / our / we / us", we refer to the PXL APPS company.

You must comply with the rules applicable to the Services you use.

Our Terms of Use. You must use our Services in accordance with our published Terms and Policies. Any violation of these Terms of Use may result in suspension or termination of your account, and at any time at our sole discretion.

Legal and acceptable use. You have to consult and use our Services only for lawful, authorized and acceptable purposes. Do not misuse our Services. For example, do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services or access them by any method other than the interface and instructions we provide you. You must use our Services only in accordance with the law, including applicable laws and regulations.

Keep your account secure. You are responsible for keeping your device and your account secure. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or of our Services or any breach of security.

Intellectual property rights. Use of our Services does not grant you any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You must not use any content obtained through our Services without the authorization of the owner of such content, unless authorized by law.

When you use third-party services integrated with our Services, they may directly receive information about what you communicate to them. For example, if you use a storage service (such as iCloud or Google Drive), or a sharing service (such as Facebook or Twitter) built into our Services, it may receive information about the data you send to them. Please note that when you interact with third-party services, their own terms of use and privacy policy govern your use of these services.

Respect for your privacy is important to us. The PXL APPS Privacy Policy describes our information practices, including the types of information we receive and collect through you and how we use and disclose that information. By using our Services, you agree that we use these information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To report a violation of copyright or other intellectual property of third parties, please consult our policy about Copyright. We respond to notifications of alleged copyright infringement and disable user accounts that violate these rights multiple times.

Your rights. PXL APPS does not claims any ownership of the information you send to fill your account or through our Services. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us the rights and licenses mentioned in our Terms and Conditions.

PXL APPS rights. We own all the copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights associated with our Services. You may not use these rights unless you have our express permission to do so.

License you grant to PXL APPS. So that we can operate and offer our Services, you grant PXL APPS a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable license allowing us the use, reproduction, modification, distribution, display and operation of information (including content) that you upload, submit, store, send or receive on our Services or through them, and the creation of derivative works (eg, translations, adaptations or other changes to improve the functioning of your content through our Services). The rights you grant under this license are for the limited purposes of operating and providing our Services (for example, to enable us to display your profile photo). This authorization remains for the full legal period of protection of your content, even if you stop using our Services.

License granted you by PXL APPS. We grant you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use our Services, subject to (and under) our Conditions. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use our Services in the manner authorized by our Terms and Conditions. No licenses or rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise, except for the licenses and rights expressly granted to you. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms of Use will be immediately cancelled.

Our offer of Services is subject to an obligation of means, within the limits of what is commercially reasonable. We hope that you will enjoy using them. However, our Services are subject to exclusions of warranties and limitations of liability. The use of our Services implies your acceptance of exclusions of warranties and limitations of liability associated with our Services as described in our Disclaimer. Please read them carefully.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the PXL APPS Parties from and against all liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) relating to, arising out of: (1) your Content, your access to and your use of our Services; (2) your breach or alleged breach of our Terms of Use; (3) your violation of the rights of third parties [Such as property rights or privacy]; (4) your violation of applicable laws, rules and regulations; or (5) any misrepresentation on your part. You will cooperate as fully as required by PXL APPS, in case of complaint.

Applicable law. French law governs these Terms of Use and any Dispute subject to arbitration or before a court, which might arise between you and PXL APPS without regard to the provisions on conflict of laws.

Court of competent jurisdiction. You agree to resolve any "Dispute" (i.e., Claim you have with us, arising out of, or relating in any way to these Terms or Services) exclusively before the Tribunal de Commerce de Lille (FRANCE), and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such court for the purpose of litigating all such Disputes.

Modification. We may add or remove features or functions.

Availability. It may also happen that we suspend or stop some or all of our Services, especially in case of maintenance, breakdown or update.

Termination. Finally, we may cease to provide all or part of our Services, or add or create new limits on the use of our Services and at any time and for any reason (for example, if you violate the spirit of our Terms).

If you are using our Services on behalf of a legal entity (such as a business), this entity must agree to the Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and PXL APPS. They govern your use of our Services and replace any agreements previously entered into.

You are not allowed to transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms of Use, in whole or in part without our prior written consent.

We may transfer these Terms of Use or the rights arising therefrom without your permission (for example, in connection with a merger, assignment or acquisition).

If it appears that a particular clause is not applicable, this shall not affect the other clauses of these Terms of Use.

Neither the conduct of the parties nor the commercial practices will change these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use govern your relationship with PXL APPS, they do not confer any rights to third party beneficiaries.

Our express consent is required for any change in our Terms of Use or any waiver thereof.

Any failure by us to enforce our Terms of Use shall not be deemed a waiver.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

Our Services must not be distributed to or used by any person or legal entity (such as a business) located in countries or jurisdictions where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or would require PXL APPS in fulfilling the registration requirements in such countries or jurisdictions. We reserve the right to limit our services to certain countries or jurisdictions, and at any time at our sole discretion.

You must use our Services only in accordance with applicable laws, including applicable export control and re-export laws and regulations.

The original version of these Terms of Use was written in French. Any translations of our Terms are provided for convenience only. In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these Terms of Use and their original version in French, the French version shall prevail.

Advertisements and promotions. Our Services are partially funded by advertising revenue. You agree that we may post on our Services promotions and advertisements relating to or associated to your Content. The presentation, extent and manner of distribution of these promotions and advertisements may change at any time without notice.

Comments and suggestions. When you send us any comments or suggestions about our Services, we may use them without asking for any permission.

Compliance with the law. Nothing in our Terms can allow us to break the law (just as it can not prevent us from abiding by it).

Additional or special terms may apply in the future. These additional terms will be made available to you with the Services concerned. If you choose to use these Services, you agree that these additional terms and conditions are also part of your contractual agreement with us. In the event of any conflict with these Terms of Use, the terms and conditions of such Services shall prevail.

We reserve the right to change our Terms at any time without notice. In this case, we will update the "last modified" date at the top of our Terms. In the event of a major update, we will send you a notice of the changes. Your continued use of our Services, as a result of any changes, means that you have accepted the new Terms of Use.
